What happens after you buy

Right after your payment, you will receive your access link by email. From there, it is just a few quick steps to your certificate:

Check your inbox for a confirmation email with your personal access link to start the Health Pass.
2. Identity verification

Verify your identity by taking a selfie and uploading a photo of your ID document.
3. Instruction & quiz

Watch the instructional video about food hygiene and complete a short quiz to test your knowledge.
4. Receive your certificate

After successfully passing the quiz, your official health pass certificate will be generated and available for download immediately.

Transparent pricing: the fixed price of €25.00 is split equally across two service blocks:

12,50 € · Medical service portion: Instruction pursuant to § 43 IfSG, professionally overseen by a licensed physician commissioned by the public health authority. The fee is based on Tarifstelle 3.1.6 of the Health Fees Ordinance of the Free State of Bavaria (GGebV-BY).
12,50 € · Technical & organisational portion: Operation of the platform and the entire digital process: multilingual learning content, identity verification, medical availability, audit-proof certificate, and DSGVO-compliant support around the clock.
